Hi Cottagers,

My name is Lauren Spehar and I am a proud cottager on Conestogo Lake!  My family has owned a cottage on the lake since 1980.  Our cottage has since been bought by my parents as 2nd generation cottage owners.  One day I hope to continue this tradition. Our cottage is our happy place  and we are looking forward to the summer ahead.

The idea to create Conestogo Lake gear came to me when a bunch of neighbouring  cottagers were sitting at a campfire in our sweats  and the idea was born. My sister Paige started this business and ran it with much support from our cottage community for 3-summers.

This season, I am excited to continue her venture selling this popular merchandise to our cottage community while saving for university.
