Refunds & Returns

Unfortunately,  all merchandise is made to your specific order and as such no refunds or returns will be accepted - unless there is damage to the product itself at time of delivery.  It is very important that you refer to the sizing charts on the individual product items and order accurate sizes to avoid being disappointed.  

Pricing & Delivery

The price listed on all items is final and includes the taxes for the purchase / printing of your order. 

Orders will be processed in batches to ensure costs can be maintained. A minimum of 12 apparel items must be processed per order.  Order and delivery times may vary and I will do my very best to communicate at the time of your order when you can expect delivery.  Typical order processing and delivery times are up to 2-weeks. 

 

Only pick-up and delivery on Conestogo Lake is available at this time!  When placing your orders please provide your cottage road and lot number with your contact information and I will bring your order directly to your cottage.    When your order arrives, I will reach out and organize a time for drop-off. 

Alternatively, your order can be picked up at our cottage  on Road 100, if this is easier.

Payment Methods Accepted

Cash payment will accepted by e-transfer to conestogolakeapparel@gmail.com. 

Payment is due in full at the time of your order.  Only orders paid in full will be processed. 

If you prefer to pay cash please include a note with your order and we can make arrangements to be able to fulfil your order.
